(Ep 1) Doubles, The First Test
I would like to tell you all about an adventure, an adventure like no other.
An adventure that sent me on a journey, a journey of discovery, of journey discipline and a journey of patience. (A lot of Journeying!)
A journey that meant my living room was transformed into a land where all the lamps in the house were used balanced and angled in strange positions to get the best light situation possible, a land of focus where only the tick-tocking of a table tennis ball could be heard rebounding off rubber table tennis bats, a land where everyone who came to visit me would be almost immediately roped into a game or ten of this marvellous sport.
This was my Table Tennis Adventure.
However, I didn’t have to carry out this adventure on my own. Every good table tennis player needs someone to practise with. Someone at the same skill level if not better, someone who is just as keen enough to learn the intricacies of this amazing game, someone who is keen enough to get a coach and keen enough to try their hand at competing with some of the best table tennis players in Australia at the 2010 Sydney Metropolitan Open Championships.
This is my very good friend from Hi-5 Stevie Nicholson.
With Stevie and Tim united things went very quickly from a Table Tennis Adventure too…

So on the 29th of August Stevie and Tim united to compete at the 2010 Sydney Metropolitan Open Championships. The stage is set, the editing is done thanks to the very kind Tony Richens and Tim and Stevie’s Pingeddy Pongeddy Adventure can now be seen here.
